PLEASE NOTE: During the CORONA-19 situation, all northern bases including Pickle Lake, Red Lake, Kapuskasing and Thompson will have restricted access to the public.
For passengers traveling on more than one flight on any day, there are minimum connection times that should be allowed for when booking flights. These connection times are based on the experience of our airport staff to ensure customers have enough time to move within and between terminals and check-in again where required.
When connecting via other air carriers through Sioux Lookout or Red Lake please allow 60 minutes minimum between flights.
When connecting via other air carriers through Thunder Bay please allow 120 minutes minimum between flights.
On occasion, delayed flights can result in our customers missing their connecting flights. If this should happen, North Star Air will make best efforts to work with partner airlines to reaccomodate passengers but is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result.
