Please ensure you have government issued photo ID on hand. We will accept small parcel or envelope shipment at least 1 hour prior to departure. If it's Dangerous Goods, the processing and documentation will require at least 2 hours prior to departure.
SHIPMENT TYPES - At North Star Air we may inquire about the contents of the shipment as a safety measure for our passengers. We ask all shipping agents to identify any Dangerous Goods contents for processing and documentation. If your shipment is valuable, you may exercise a declaration of value on our air waybills for processing. All shipments are subject to space availability on each flight. For large volume shipments or bulk cargo, please contact a North Star Air Cargo representative for assistance at email@example.com
