Check-in Time is 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time in Thunder Bay (YQT), Sioux Lookout (YXL), Kenora (YQK) & Fort Frances (YAG) and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time at Northern bases. 

Passengers who do not check in before the cut-off time (45 minutes YQT, YXL, YQK & YAG and 30 minutes at Northern bases) are considered a No Show and the
fare is forfeited.

Seniors/Elders over 65years of age receive a 10% discount (Flex and Thrift fares only).

Children under 2 years old travel free.

Discount fares are available for children ages 2-11.
