Are check in times really important?

Yes, it is critical to the on-time departure and on-time arrival of your flight.

Flying with a newborn and/or children?

We recommend checking with your physician or pediatrician if your infant is less than 1 month old and you plan to travel.

Fare-paying guests are allowed one infant under two years of age to travel on their lap (guest must be 16 years of age or older).  Transport Canada requires that all children 2 and up require their own seat.

Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

What services do you offer for customers with limited mobility or extra physical considerations?

Special services can be made for passengers with limited mobility or extra physical considerations ahead of time by talking to one of our friendly reservation agents.

What travel documents do I need before I travel?

One piece of government issued photo ID or two pieces of government issued non-photo ID (one of which must show name, date of birth and gender) is required at the time of boarding.

The ID must match the name on the boarding pass.
